 Costs

  1. This material is usually affordably priced and is often one of the least expensive materials for applications requiring privacy.

  2. Wood fence is installed with pre-assembled panels in 8' wide lengths. Panels are stepped or racked depending on site conditions and grade. Normal installation requires concrete on gate post only; however we offer concreted posts as part of standard installation. All posts are set 30" deep for maximum support.

Warranty

  1. Warranty will vary with the installer.  Most will warranty their workmanship for a short period of time but not the materials. Prestige Fence Company recommends Pressure Treated Pine as it does carry a warranty against damage due to termite, rot and/or decay.
